How the Swiss Data Plan works
Billing is by the calendar month. Prorated monthly billing begins on the day you order. You are then billed for the entire following month. E.g. if you order on March 15, you will billed for 16 days in March plus the month of April. You can renew as many months as you like.
- The Switzerland SIM Card data plan does not support Blackberry devices. You should purchase the International Blackberry Service if you need Blackberry data services.
- Your card will continue to work for data AFTER the purchased data has been used up. All data used above the purchased amount until the end of the 30 days period will be charged at $0.99/MB
- Please be sure to renew your plan if you need it an additional month.
- The Switzerland Data Plan is valid in Switzerland only. Outside of Switzerland rates of as high as $30 per MB will apply. See "Roaming rates" below
- If you expect to travel extensively outside of Switzerland, consider the World SIM card, which provides additional data plans.

Cell Phone Requirements
Switzerland SIM Card
require an unlocked GSM 900/1800/1900 or a GSM 850/900/1800/1900 compatible
cell phone. While it works with most GSM cell phones it does not work with all.
If you do not have your own unlocked GSM cell phone or are not sure if your GSM
cell phone is unlocked, visit unlocked GSM cell phones
