Yes! Brightroam is designed to be used with your existing GSM cell phone or
smartphone. Before you purchase a Brightroam SIM card please ensure that your
cell phone or smartphone meets the following criteria:

Supports the bands for your destination, i.e. GSM 850/900/1800/1900

It has an international power adapter

It is data enabled (only necessary if you plan on using Brightroam's
wireless data services)
In North America, AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers Wireless and Fido are the main GSM
cellular carriers. If you have a cell phone from Verizon, Sprint Nextel, Bell
Mobility or TELUS Mobility your cell phone will not work with our SIM card
services because they are CDMA
carriers.
How can I unlock my cell phone?
In most cases unlocking your cell phone or smartphone is a simple process. You
