Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are shipped active via standard ground shipping to anywhere in USA
and Canada. If you're in a rush or you prefer to receive your Brightroam
products sooner, we also offer 2-day and same day shipping for orders placed
before 3:00 pm EST. A signature is required for receipt of the delivery.
Orders with multiple units will be billed under a single shipping fee.

Shipping Locations
Brightroam currently only ships within USA and Canada including Hawaii and
Alaska. Orders shipped within USA and Canada are not subject to duty or taxes.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. It will
include an item tracking number you can use to track your shipment on the
Purolator or UPS website.
You can also find your tracking number when you log into your
Account
on the order details webpage.
