The USA SIM card requires an unlocked device. The device must support 2G GSM 850/1900 Mhz frequencies(AT&T and T-Mobile). This will allow for: Voice, SMS and GPRS data service. For the best 3G coverage on the T-Mobile network we recommend phones that have 1700 (AWS) Mhz frequency.
When using a Brightroam SIM card you must also use an unlocked cellular device. If you purchase a data plan you will require an unlocked smartphone or Mi-Fi device in order to access data services. All Brightroam purchases automatically add a SIM card to your purchase. Additional purchase options are available at checkout.
Your carrier will not forward your calls to an international number, but we will. We provide a North American number which forwards to the international number on your international Brightroam SIM card.
To forward all your calls: Simply forward your cell phone to the North American number we provide.
To forward some calls: Give the North American number to the people you want to call you toll free. Give your International Brightroam number to everyone else.
