*All calls are billed per minute in full minute increments. Voicemail is not available with the China Cell Phone Bundle. Only long distance calls dialed from mainland China using the IP dialing code 17951 (i.e. 17951 00 1 905-272-2963) will be charged the "with IP dialing" airtime rate. SMS/text messages are billed per message. Data is billed per KB in 10KB blocks. Data usage includes incoming unread emails.
